Institute experts actively participate in IAEA programs of coordination researches on diagnostics of the equipment of the NPP’s and preservation of nuclear knowledge. One of Institutes supervising employees since 2003 is the representative of the Russian Federation in working group of IAEA on monitoring systems and NPP management. Subject of cooperation is the exchange of knowledge, distribution of good practice, coordination of research works in the countries – participants of IAEA.
The cooperation purpose, is increase of safety and efficiency of world nuclear engineering, creation and perfection of the infrastructure necessary for development of nuclear engineering in developing countries.
